Depending on your preferences and where you live, there may be additional fees, taxes or other charges applicable to your lease or home purchase. We've put together a list of the most common types of fees you may see, this list may not be exhaustive, may vary by community and in accordance with applicable law.  
 
Before you apply, you should reach out to the community office to understand the fees or other costs that may apply to your home purchase or rental. You can also get more information about the community's rules and regulations.
