Our mission is to make the process of relocating your manufactured home to a Sun community easy and convenient. All you have to do is complete a simple online application process, so we can begin coordinating with approved vendors to evaluate your home and assist with the move.

The online application process is easy. All you’ll need the following information:
• Birth dates and social security numbers for all occupants
• Year, make and size of home.
We’ll evaluate your manufactured home for community approval, and provide approved vendors to help assist with your move.

*Homes must meet community’s home specifications requirements and be relocated into a participating Sun community using approved setup vendors only. Select sites only, and certain restrictions apply. All prospective residents must complete an application for residency and satisfy background screening/credit requirements. Security deposits, application fees and other charges may apply. Relocations from one Sun community to another are ineligible for move reimbursements or incentives. See community for further details.
