Complete our referral form with your information and your referring party’s information. We’ll contact your referral on your behalf.
We’ll keep you updated on the status of your referral’s lease, purchase, or location.
After your referral signs a lease or makes a purchase with Sun Communities, your referral fee will be processed.

I’m not a current resident in a Sun community. Can I still refer friends and family?
Absolutely! Just provide the required information in the form above and we will contact your referral. Referral fees are paid out subject to the terms and conditions of this program.
Can I refer multiple members of the same household?
Yes. While you can refer multiple members of the same household, you will only be eligible for one referral per eligible transaction (i.e., home sale, home lease, or home relocation).
Am I eligible to receive my referral fee in the form of a gift card?
Unfortunately, referral fees for home sales, home rentals, and relocations are only paid by company check. Please note that referral fees may be considered taxable income and you should consult further with an appropriate tax professional.
When will I receive my referral fee?
Subject to the general terms and conditions of our program, referral fees are paid out 30 days after the end of the month in which the eligible transaction closed.
