Job Description

Position will perform duties at King's Court, a 639 site manufactured home community and Town & Country, a 192 site manufactured home community.

The selected individual will be accountable for maintenance of the leased homes and the daily maintenance and upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets, equipment, and various utility systems.  This position will also assist in promoting a positive atmosphere in the community.

• Must be dependable and available Monday - Friday, 40 hours with occasional overtime.
• On-call on a rotating basis
• $10.00 - $11.00 per hour

Qualifications

Demonstrates knowledge of and has broad experience in general maintenance techniques and repair work (plumbing, electrical, working with power tools). Landscaping experience preferred. Must be able to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work. Must have valid drivers license and good driving record.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
