Job Description

Timber Ridge, a manufactured home community has 585 sites.

The selected individual will be accountable for light maintenance of the leased homes and the daily maintenance and upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets, equipment, and various utility systems.  This position will also assist in promoting a positive atmosphere in the community.

·          Must be dependable and available for work Mon - Fri 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

·          On-call on a rotating basis

·          $10.00 - $11.00 per hour

·          Assignment anticipated to last a minimum of 1 month

Qualifications

Demonstrates knowledge of and has broad experience in general maintenance techniques and repair work (plumbing, electrical, working with power tools). Landscaping experience preferred. Must be able to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work. Must have valid drivers license and good driving record.

***Preferred experience - pool maintenance and ability to communicate effectively in Spanish***

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
