Bilingual Community Services Coordinator

Job Description

Under general supervision of the District Manager responsible for handling the routine office work and administrative responsibilities of Timberbrook, a 567 site community and Pine Hills, a 129 site community. 

 

This will include, but is not limited to answering the telephone, filing, preparing and delivering community rule reminders and violation notices, handling routine resident relations issues, preparing eviction notices, inputting resident information into our Yardi computer system, assisting the manager in the marketing of the community, and assisting with resident activities.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

·        Good written and verbal communication skills

·        Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people

·        Excellent telephone skills

·        Professional appearance

·        Working knowledge of computers

·        Speak fluently in English and Spanish

Education

A High School Diploma or GED. A minimum of one year office experience required.
