Part-time Office Coordinator

Job Description

This position supports the operation of all departments at Water Oak including restaurant, pro shop, golf course, Water Oak Utility, community operations and community maintenance with clerical expertise. 

 

Qualifications

Minimum Experience Required:

A minimum of two years hospitality/secretarial/administrative experience.

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: 

Must have good computer skills with especially with programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel (mandatory).  Experience with bookkeeping preferred.  Must be able to type 45 wpm. Good communication and customer service skills also required.

 

 

Education

Minimum Education Required:

A High School Diploma/GED.
