Looking for an energetic individual to provide excellent customer service, assist with sales/leasing and handle office work and administrative responsibilities of College Park, a 230 site manufactured home community.
Minimum Experience:
A minimum of two years secretarial/administrative experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people
· Excellent telephone skills
· Good problem solving skills
· Professional appearance
· Working knowledge of computers
A High School Diploma/GED.
