Job Description

Under general supervision, sells new, pre-owned and brokered homes at Water Oak Country Club, a 1245 site manufactured home community including showing of homes, advertising, preparation of home orders, and coordinating closings.

Qualifications

·          Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

·          Excellent organization and time management skills.

·          Excellent phone etiquette.

Education

High School Diploma or GED.  Minimum 2 years experience in sales, preferably in manufactured home community or apartment industry.
