Job Description

Under limited supervision, manages the new home and brokerage sales of Water Oak Country Club including advertising, input in home orders, coordinating closings, and showing of homes. Hire and supervise sale staff.

 

Qualifications

-   Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

-   Excellent organization and time management skills.

-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-   Working knowledge of computers programs: word, excel, publisher.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum two years sales experience in manufactured housing, apartment or real estate industry preferred.
