Job Description

Under general supervision, sells new, pre-owned and brokered homes and is responsible for the lease to purchase program at Cave Creek, a 289 site manufactured home community. Responsibilities include showing of homes, advertising, preparation of home orders, and coordinating closings.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in sales.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

· Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

· Excellent organization and time management skills.

· Excellent phone etiquette.

Education

High School Diploma or GED.
