Rates are based on one to two person occupancy.
All sites are full hook-up, water and sewer provided.

Deposits will be accepted by credit cards, the remainder of balance for stays 2 months or longer will be paid by check, Money Order, Taveler's Check or Cash.
All seasonal monthly rates are based on 30 days except February.
The office assigns sites. Sites are guaranteed for the period paid only.
Special Rates - May 1 to December 31: $545 per month, $200 deposit
Rate only applies for full month of occpancy in December.
Summer Rates - May 1 to September 30: $32 per day, $32 deposit
NO REFUNDS, on or after arrival.
Cancellations require a 30 day notice and a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, entire deposit will be forfeited.
Three month rate cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts
Extra Person Charge: $4 per day, $16 per week, $48 per month
Check Out Time is 11:00 a.m.
All Balances are Due Upon Arrival
The resort accepts indoor cats only.
*Guests staying 3 months or more must contact Florida Power & Light at 1-800-226-3545 five days prior to arrival to have electric turned on in their name, an FP & L connection charge will apply.
