2009-2010 SEASON RATES
Rates are based on two person occupancy.
All sites are full hook-up, water and sewer provided.

Deposits will be accepted by credit cards, the remainder of balance for stays 2 months or longer will be paid by check, Money Order, Taveler's Check or Cash.
All seasonal monthly rates are based on 30 days except February.
February peak rate will apply for stays less than 90 days.
Three plus month rate cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
The office assigns sites.
Sites are guaranteed for the period paid only.
Special Rates - April 1 to December 31: $498 per month, $200 deposit
Summer Rates - May 1 to September 30: $30 per day, $30 deposit
Extra Person Charge: $5 per day; $25 per week; $50 per month
Cable Rates: $5 per day; $25 per week; $50 per month (subject to availability)
Storage Rates: $3 per day; $30 per month; $300 per year, plus tax
NO REFUNDS, on or after arrival or on any unused occupancy.
Cancellations require a 30 day notice and a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
If cancellation is made less than thirty days prior to arrival, entire deposit will be forfeited.
Check Out Time is 11:00 a.m.
All Balances are Due Upon Arrival
*Guests staying 3 months or more must contact Florida Power & Light at 1-800-226-3545 five days prior to arrival to have electric turned on in their name, an FP & L connection charge will apply.
