Rates are based on one to two person occupancy.
All sites are full hook-up: Water and Sewer provided.

*Deposits will be accepted by credit cards, the remainder of balance for stays 2 months or longer will be paid by check, Money Order, Taveler's Check or Cash.
All seasonal monthly rates are based on 30 days except February.
February peak rate will apply for stays less than 90 days.
The office assigns sites and reserves the right to make necessary changes.
Special Monthly Rates - May 1 to December 31: $390 per month, $200 deposit
Summer Day Rates - May 1 to September 30: $29 per day
Extra person charge: $5 per day; $16 per week; $48 per month
NO REFUNDS, on or after arrival.
Cancellations require a 30 day notice and a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
Three month rate cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
Check Out Time is 11:00 a.m.

Due on April 1, Oct 1, Nov 1, Dec 1, 2009 and Jan 1, Feb 1, Mar 1, 2010
Occupancy over 7 months an additional $350 per month
Electric, Water & Sewer is the resident's responsibility
All payments are due on the 1st of the month without billing.
A $40.00 late fee will be added to any payment received after the 5th of the month.
No refund or compensation on unused occupancy
